As a Maintenance Scheduler, you’ll coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across both Pacific Energy & Client sites, ensuring work orders, inspections, and servicing stay on track. What you’ll do

  • Plan and schedule work for SPS (Stand Alone Power Systems) & RE (Renewable) Assets including preventative maintenance, routine tasks and reactive work, adjusting schedules as operational needs change.
  • Manage work orders in Maintain X and Greentree, including task assignment, parts allocation and procurement of materials and consumables.
  • Track and manage site mobilisation, accommodation bookings, inductions, training requirements and servicing of workshop equipment, vehicles and field service personnel.
  • Liaise with clients, supervisors and internal teams to confirm work scopes, communicate schedule changes and resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records for asset data, scheduling, mobilisation, fuel usage, environmental compliance and auditing requirements.
  • Prepare data for internal reports and client dashboards, including ESG and emissions metrics and contribute to monthly reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Improve scheduling accuracy and documentation, continuous improvement and planning.
  • Management of Field Service work order procedures and ensuring adherence to OEM and contractual requirements and Australian Standards.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in maintenance, scheduling or operations support, with working knowledge of CMMS platforms (Maintain X, Greentree, SAP or similar).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general business systems, plus the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong administrative and coordination capability, with a focus on accuracy, deadlines and clear communication.
  • Understanding of preventative maintenance processes, inspection cycles and plant servicing coordination.
  • A commitment to Pacific Energy’s HSE and Quality standards, including maintaining accurate maintenance records.
