About the Role

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will gain hands‑on experience across a range of impactful project tasks while developing strong technical capability within your chosen area. The role provides a strong foundation to help you build confidence and progress towards becoming a future leader in the industry.

As part of our Civil Infrastructure team, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of transport and infrastructure projects for Main Roads Western Australia, Department of Defence, Public Transport Authority of Western Australia and ARC Infrastructure across metropolitan and regional environments. You will have a chance to build a solid technical experience in the civil design and delivery across the Transport and Defence industry. 

These skills include road geometry, carparks earthworks, drainage and buried services coordination to support safe, compliant and constructable outcomes. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will assist in preparing design documentation, interpreting survey and geotechnical data, and undertaking geometric, bulk earthworks and hydraulic calculations to inform alignment optimisation, cut–fill balance and stormwater management strategies. You will also support multidisciplinary coordination, site inspections and stakeholder engagement, contributing to quality, safety and programme performance throughout all project phases.

Applicants should be completing (or have recently completed) a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline between January 2026 and January 2027.
