Holiday Inn Dandenong is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our hotel leadership team in a part-time capacity (15 hours per week). This role offers flexibility, making it ideal for an experienced HR professional seeking meaningful work close to home with genuine work-life balance.
This is a standalone HR role requiring a confident and autonomous operator who can guide hotel leaders, manage people-related risk from an ownership perspective, and continue to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
