Make an Impact

As HR Coordinator – Systems, you will provide administrative support across Endeavour Foundation’s HRIS (PeopleSoft), ensuring accurate system transactions, workflow processing and people data reporting.
Working within the People Operations team, you will act as a first point of contact for internal stakeholders on system queries, supporting the day-to-day administration, maintenance and integrity of people systems across the organisation.

Key duties of this role are to:

  • Support daily administration of the organisational HRIS (PeopleSoft).
  • Monitor system workflows and resolve transactional issues.
  • Respond to stakeholder queries relating to people systems.
  • Prepare accurate people data and reporting as required.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements and UAT activities.
  • Escalate system incidents to the People Systems Manager or vendors.
  • Maintain system permissions and data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data management processes.

 

What you can bring to the team

You are a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working with systems and supporting stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and high service standards.

 To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in HR or administrative support roles.
  • Exposure to HRIS or payroll/recruitment systems.
  • Strong organisational and data management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft (desirable).

You will be required to undertake a "Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
