Description

Position Purpose

The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering consistent, timely and compassionate Human Resources support across City Fertility’s national network. As a key firstline contact for HR enquiries, you provide clear, respectful and solutionsfocused guidance that underpins our commitment to highquality patient care.

Working closely with the People & Culture team, you will coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding logistics, HRIS data integrity, compliance tracking and a wide range of HR administration. Every aspect of your work supports our people, who, in turn, support patients through one of the most significant journeys of their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR inbox with a 24hour SLA, delivering timely, respectful and accurate responses aligned with SOPs
  • Coordinate endtoend recruitment logistics, including advertising, scheduling, screening, compliance and candidate experience
  • Prepare employment contracts, variations and onboarding documentation with accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity, process updates and support upcoming system transitions
  • Track probation, visa, compliance and working rights documentation, ensuring secure and auditable records
  • Coordinate Day One onboarding readiness including systems, documentation and communication with hiring managers
  • Support WHS and ReturntoWork administrative processes
  • Provide administrative support for learning and development, including enrolments, reporting and records
  • Prepare routine HR correspondence, reports and dashboards
  • Maintain organised and compliant digital employee files
  • Support cyclical HR activities including performance reviews, remuneration and workforce surveys
  • Build positive, valuesaligned relationships with employees and managers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR service delivery and employee experience
  • Model City Fertility’s organisational values in all interactions

What We Are Looking For

You will bring:

  1. Demonstrated experience providing HR coordination support, including shared inbox management and recruitment/onboarding administration
  2. Understanding of Australian employment, privacy and compliance requirements, applying sound judgement and confidentiality
  3. Strong attention to detail, organisation and task management skills in a fastpaced, serviceoriented environment
  4. Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build respectful and professional relationships
  5. Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or equivalent experience within a regulated environment
