What does the job look like?

We’re excited to be launching a new contract in Heathwood and are looking for experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to be part of it from the ground up. This is your chance to step into a modern, fast‑moving operation where your skills will make a real impact from day one.  

In this role, you’ll be hands‑on across the warehouse — accurately picking orders using RF scanners, confidently operating high reach forklifts to retrieve stock at heights of up to 8 metres, replenishing racking, and supporting general stores operations. No two days will be the same as you help keep a high‑performing distribution operation running smoothly.

This is a permanent day shift opportunity, offering stability and the chance to work within a unique contract environment that values teamwork, safety and performance. • Operating forklifts safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment
• Loading, unloading and moving pallets in accordance with site procedures
• Supporting dispatch and warehouse teams to meet daily service and delivery targets
• Accurately completing paperwork and system transactions
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safe work practices
• Actively contributing to Linfox’s vision of an injury‑free workplace
• Working collaboratively as part of a multi‑functional operations team

Are you the one?

Coming from a warehousing background you will be safety focused and have a minimum of 12 months experience on a high reach forklift. You will be team player and enjoy the day to day challenges of a fast paced environment. • Committed to safe working practices
• Current LF licence
• Experience in counter balance or high reach up to 8 meters
• Flexibility to work overtime if needed
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starter who displays flexibility with approach to tasks
• Organisational skills & high attention to detail
