About the role:

As a Utility, you’ll join a vibrant team in one of the following departments — and gain experience across others:

  • Housekeeping: Maintain accommodation facilities for hygiene and comfort

  • Kitchen / Dining: Prepare and serve meals, keep kitchen and dining areas spotless

  • Bar / Retail: Serve beverages or manage stock and sales in our outlets

  • Mine Site Cleaning: Ensure hygiene and safety in remote industrial environments

 

What we offer:

  • $87,527 + 12% Superannuation 

  • 14:7 Roster (live and work on-site for 2 weeks, commit to 12-hour days, then enjoy one week at home for what matters most)

  • Fly from Perth and be transported to one of our villages within Regional WA

About you:

  • Desire to build a career in Hospitality – we want to see you progress from Utility to Supervisor

  • Current WA Driver's License – Manual preferred

  • Valid RSA

  • Experience in hospitality (Kitchen, Bar, Housekeeping, or Industrial Cleaning)

  • Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)

  • Confidence to pass a pre-employment medical
