The Opportunity:
Exciting opportunities exist for Fly-In-Fly-Out Chefs to join our dynamic and professional Resources Operations Team in South Australia. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner—while proudly upholding ISS’s reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
- Must have Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher
- Proven experience as a chef in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.
- Experience in mining village operations (Desirable)
- Must have with a strong ability to meet client expectations for food quality, presentation, and strict adherence to food safety and HACCP standards.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.

Must pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
- Driver's License/ Photo ID required
- Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
