• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve welding issues.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in soldering techniques and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
