Are you someone who thrives on being the critical link between executive leadership, operations and internal stakeholders? We’re looking for a highly capable operations and executive support professional to work closely with our Chief Operations Officer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being across the detail, keeping initiatives on track, and ensuring the Operations function runs efficiently and seamlessly.

Your role, your contribution!   

Working alongside the Chief Operations Officer, you will:

  • Prepare executive-level reporting, board-ready materials, business cases and strategic presentations
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans, metrics and performance frameworks
  • Oversee governance frameworks, monitor enterprise KPI’s, risk indicators and other metrics.
  • Build strong relationships across service lines, corporate functions and regional teams.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Strong experience in operations, project management and/or administration ideally in a professional services or financial services environment. 
  • Experience supporting c-suite or executive level leadership 
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage time, work output and priorities and handle a range of tasks with competing priorities within tight timelines.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
