This is a Full-Time role and the flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts from Monday-Friday between 2pm-10pm is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers
About the role:
With 5 main sites across Australia and New Zealand our distribution centres are the heartbeat of bringing our Bunnings stores to life.
Each year, over 1,000 dedicated team members unpack approximately 60,000 shipping containers, pick close to 8 million orders for our stores, and handle nearly 3 million pallets. Our team ensures the smooth dispatch of around 1.5 million pallets to our stores annually.
You will be responsible for supporting the safe and smooth delivery of stock to our stores, working alongside a fast-paced team in an operational distribution environment.
What’s involved:
Load and unload products using a forklift (high reach and counter balance forklift)
Be responsible for stock management, considering safety aspects when using a forklift, and ensuring a clean and tidy work environment
Provide our customers with the best experience across the store

Who we’re looking for:
Safety is our top priority, and we need team members who can think and act safely in a fast-paced distribution centre environment.
Never worked in a distribution centre before? If you have the right attitude, we’ll make sure you have the skills to get the job done. We believe in empowering our team members and providing the training you need to succeed.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Accuracy and attention to detail
A current forklift license (high reach and counter balance forklift)
Experience in warehousing, dispatch of deliveries or picking and packing of orders, or voice picking is ideal but not essential
You’ll need:
A current valid forklift licence (high reach and counter balance forklift)
To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
An eagerness to learn about products and services
To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
