Your Team


The Disclosure team, part of CFS’s Superannuation & Investments business unit, ensures the accurate and timely production of compliant, customer-focused disclosure materials for investment, superannuation, and retirement products. Reporting to the Director of Disclosure, the team plays a critical role in managing risk and supporting customers’ best interests. 

In this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality product disclosure statements and related documents, leveraging strong attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You’ll also gain experience with our disclosure software and deepen your understanding of compliance and risk principles.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist Disclosure Managers with due diligence processes for issuing new PDS documents.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the CFS product range and related compliance requirements. 
  • Edit and proofread PDS documents using Keystone software to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
  • Coordinate document production and support stakeholder communication across projects. 
  • Provide general support to the Disclosure team on tasks and initiatives as needed.

Your Capability and Experience

  • Experience in wealth management with a strong understanding of superannuation and investment products (CFS or similar). 
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and disclosure principles, supported by RG146 or equivalent qualifications. 
  • Ability to contribute to business initiatives and build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. 
  • Credibility and experience in working with senior internal stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
