Reporting to the Director of Prevention, the Business Operations Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the Our Watch Institute, overseeing day-to-day operations to deliver key strategic objectives. The role is responsible for budget management, process improvement, and contributing to broader organisational priorities. A key focus of this role is to lead client strategy, deepen engagement and drive growth opportunities, while ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to high standard. Through strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and a customer-centric approach, this role enables workplaces, universities and corporate partners to take meaningful action to contribute to the prevention of violence against women. today operations to deliver against key strategic objectives. About you

You are an experienced leader with a background working in B2B, partnership-based or service-delivery environments, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. You have proven capability in managing strategic priorities, overseeing day-to-day operations, improving process, and ensuring consistent, efficient service delivery.

You value partnerships, collaboration and have experience building sustainable relationships with organisational clients. As a people leader, you foster a culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement. You are motivated by purpose and impact, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, well-managed services and outcomes that support meaningful change.
