Introduction

EDMS Australia is seeking a motivated and reliable Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join our finance team in Cairns. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across both payroll and accounts functions while supporting the finance team.



Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll processing and payroll administration
  • Support accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Monitor open Purchase Orders and correspond with purchasers and suppliers as required
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department
  • Assist with reconciliations and reporting as required
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations


Skills And Experiences

About You:

  • Previous experience in payroll and accounts receivable
  • Understanding of payroll processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
