Recruitment Consultant – Blue Collar

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in a Kwinana-based internal blue-collar recruitment role supporting the mining, shutdown, construction, and industrial sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive business where you will play a key role in sourcing, mobilising, and managing skilled personnel across multiple projects and clients.

About the Role Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and screening blue-collar candidates
• Managing talent pools and candidate pipelines
• Conducting interviews and reference checks
• Coordinating onboarding, mobilisation, and compliance
• Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
• Building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with ongoing workforce planning and recruitment campaigns

About You

• Previous recruitment experience preferred
• Blue-collar, mining, shutdown, or industrial recruitment experience highly regarded
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
