Associate/Principal Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist

Our Wollongong office is looking to hire an Associate or Principal Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist with 10+ years of experience working in a geotechnical consultancy. Specifically, our team is looking for an engineer who can provide oversight of fieldwork and construction phase support as well as the design of temporary and permanent works. You'll also play a key role in training and upskilling our junior engineers and geologists.

This is a key position for our Wollongong office, with the ideal candidate eager to play an active role in supporting business development and management.

What You'll Need

· A Civil/Geotechnical/Geological Engineering Degree

· Minimum 10 years' experience in a geotechnical consultancy

· Australian experience is required. Local experience in the Illawarra is strongly preferred.

· CPEng status

· Developed knowledge of geotechnical design software

· Good interpersonal skills

· Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
